Overview

These terms of service govern all purchases and commissions made through Sonny Bailey-Aird. By placing and order you agree to the terms outlined below

Bespoke

2.1 Design Process

Bespoke pieces are made to order and may involve consultations, sketches, stone sourcing and revisions. A design fee may be charged prior to the start of the design process. This fee is non refundable but may be deducted from the final price at our discretion. A maximum of 3 design runs can be done.

2.2 Approval

Final designs must be approved in writing before production begins. Once approved a non-refundable 50% deposit is made, this cover initial material costs and labour. Upon completion of the finished article, the remaining 50% minus the £100 initial design deposit is made and the piece can be posted or collected from our London studio.

2.3 Revisions

Bespoke designs include 1 revision if changes are to be made to the piece during the making process. if extra materials are required this is chargeable and will be added to the final 50%

Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

    •    Workload or unforeseen circumstances

We will always communicate any significant delays. Our estimated lead time varies, for bespoke a maximum of 12 weeks is generally given. Ready to ship items require 7 working days. Made to order items require 4 weeks to make and post.

    •    The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or collection

    •    £100 design deposit is due upon design process starting (deducted off final price)

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 Bespoke Orders

Due to the custom nature of bespoke jewellery:

    •    Initial 50% deposits are non-refundable

    •    If the order is cancelled the piece up till its current stage is legally owned by Sonny Bailey-Aird

    •    Full/partial refunds are not offered once production has begun

5.2 Ready-to-Wear Items

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is:

    •    Unworn

    •    In original condition

    •    Returned with original packaging

Customised or resized items are non-refundable.

Materials & Variations

All pieces are handmade and or hand finished so may feature elements “of the hand” and may feature very slight variations from the final design, the variations may be texturally or in colour due to the materials being natural. Gemstones are chosen and confirmed for bespoke orders so there won’t be variations there. Made to order and ready to ship pieces may have slight variations to the described or photographed piece, this is due to gemstones being sourced individually and being natural so very slight variations in colour, clarity, shape and carat weight may occur.
